Because our care is non-skilled, it isn’t covered by Medicare. However, if you have long-term care insurance, we’ll gladly help you with the paperwork and guide you through filing for reimbursement.
No. We provide only 24/7 care to ensure consistency and peace of mind for our clients and their families. Each case is staffed with two dedicated caregivers who rotate on a weekly schedule. This approach reduces the number of caregivers entering the home, promotes continuity of care, and allows each caregiver to build a strong, familiar relationship with the client and their family. By maintaining this consistent team, we minimize retraining time and ensure greater compatibility and comfort for everyone involved.
We understand that in-home care can be expensive, and because our services are private pay (out-of-pocket), we’ve structured our pricing to help keep costs manageable. We charge a daily (per diem) rate, which is more affordable than hourly care and provides consistent, uninterrupted support. If care is needed for two clients in the same home, the rate is adjusted based on the level of care each person requires. Please contact our office for individualized rate details.
